Charismatic Jay
Hey! Here I am the cultural sensitive one, to write my post in English this time. In fact I owe someone this post, about her "hubby" Jay Chow..ha..
Well, why charismatic Jay? I was reading about Leadership, one of my subject and at the same time listening to Jay’s latest album "Still Fantasy". I find it indeed appropriate to say that Jay has the charisma. Why?
First he creates an intense emotional bond between him and the consumers, us, by the music he produced. And the consumers/followers develope a high degree of respect and esteem for him, and all in all, the loyalty to him. The thing is that there exist an invisible transaction contract between this charismatic singer and the fans. Situation like, Ok, everytime I release an album, the fans will definitely go and own that particular album, without any doubt.
Same thing happened in early millenium, where every teens in Japan were Ayumi-wanna-be.
However if you think that the saying of this charisma thing is debatable? Come and talk to me.
Back to "Still Fantasy", it is no doubt a CD that you are going to spin it all time. It is addictive as usual. Jay never fail to surprise us. He is talented. And he actually inspired me in the way that being a sepet, can be popular too. Ha.
All the tracks in "Still Fantasy" are highly recommended. Pay attention to the last track. It is irresistible!
Can I propose that Jay actually has ONE album, just that it is being released in seasons/chapters, that is "Jay" being the first season, "Fantasy" being the second season and so on… What do you think?
